Application Method

Surface Preparation

• Surface must be clean, dry, and structurally sound.
• Remove dust, oil, grease, loose particles, algae, and old coatings.
• Repair cracks and honeycombs before application.

Primer Coat

Apply LatexShield primer with the following ratio:

LatexShield : Water : Cement = 1 : 4 : 7

Mixing

• Use the supplied components as per manufacturer recommendations.
• Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Application

• Apply the first coat uniformly.
• Allow approximately 12 hours curing time.
• Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first coat.
• Maintain recommended thickness limits.

Coverage

Approximately:

100 Square Feet per 15 Kg at 1 mm thickness

Coverage may vary depending on substrate condition and application thickness.

Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Protect from direct sunlight.
• Keep temperature below 35°C.
• Prevent freezing.
